Terms & Conditions

  • These terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) apply to this cash back promotional offer (the “Promotional Offer”) for customers, which is sponsored and brought to you by Franke Faber India Private Limited (“FFIPL”)and conducted by RewardPort (“Partner agency”) on the different SKUs (together referred to as “Products”)calling out this offer on the package as per the terms and conditions mentioned herein and the package. In terms of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the pack and these terms and conditions, the terms herein mentioned shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

  • To be entitled for the Promotional Offer, the participants of the Promotional Offer will be enrolled in the Promotional program.

    • The participants have the option to withdraw from the Promotional program at any point of time.

    • The offer is valid on purchase of Franke/Faber/Eurodomo product from: 10th April 2026 to 31st May

    • The registration of the voucher has to be done before: 30th of June 2026

    • 1st authentication code to be used within 30 days of receipt of the authentication code

    • Subsequent authentication code to be used within before the expiry of the validy of the installment offer. If they fail to claim any installment, they can still calim the next installment with the same authentication code but will loose out for the month they have not claimed

    • The Promotional Offer is a limited period offer valid only in India subject to availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India only and persons above 18 years of age.

    • OTP printed on the voucher can be used only once for getting the OTP. FFIPL shall not be responsible in case of the authentication code being misused or failed or lost during transaction. No requests or demands or claims will be entertained.

    • This Promotional Offer entitles the customer with cash credited in UPI ID . The value of cash will be of 300/- (Rs. Thtree Hundred Only) per installment. The amount will be credited in the respective UPI ID linked account, received on the voucher. customers shall be required to read, understand and accept the Cash voucher(s) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner end.

    • The cashback cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated after expiry date.

    • Maximum 1 voucher will be accepted and can be redeemed per person, mobile number, email ID, UPI wallet and IP address. This Promotional Offer is not valid for FFIPL and Rewardport promoters, retailers, employee, Distributors or any other channel partner.

    • The Cash amount will be credited within 24 working hours, but in case of Public holiday and weekend the amount will be credited on the next working day.

    • In no event UPI be liable for any abuse or misuse of the cash due to the negligence of the customer. Knowingly/unknowingly

    • The details of UPI linked back account have to be entered by the customer themselves. If the customer enter incorrect UPI ID details, the OTP will be assumed to be used and cannot be revised.

    • Once customer selects the choice of receipt of payment i.e. either UPI ID it cannot be modified.

    • If the authentication code is lost, misplaced or stolen, a new authentication code will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate authentication code will not be issued.

    • FFIPL, Rewardport or UPI shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the Cash reward. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the authentication code, cash reward and the credentials mentioned on it.

    • UPI may change (add to, delete, or amend) its terms from time to time without any prior intimation.

    • Each authentication code is strictly a one-time usage code.

    • By participating in the Promotional Offer, the participant agrees to allow FFIPL / Rewardport to contact the participant for the purpose of this Promotional offer. Further the participant agrees that the data received during the Promotional Offer by FFIPL may be used or shared with any agency for any further analysis/ promotion or marketing communications.     • The participating customers may, at the request of Franke Faber India Pvt. Ltd. participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to Franke Faber India Pvt. Ltd. for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating customer agrees and consents to Franke Faber India Pvt. Ltd. to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, Out of Home Media point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.

    • The decision of Franke Faber India Pvt. Ltd. or its Partner Agency, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.

    • No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Franke Faber India Pvt. Ltd. and its Partner Agency from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.

    • The cash back cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash/discount or equivalent.

    • The use of UPI name in these terms and conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions hereof, and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of UPI in FFIPL. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between FFIPL and UPI Voucher, except that both entities have a principal-to-principal relationship.

    • This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any dispute, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

    Follow the below steps to redeem the voucher

    Step 1: Customer gets the voucher from the dealer by purchasing select FFIPL Products. The customer then needs to visit the web site as mentioned above and enter all the details as mentioned therein. The customer also needs to submit the invoice and any 1 KYC document (Either Pan Card or Aadhar Card) and clicks on the submit button.

    Step 2: Rewardport will verify the documents submitted. Important points to be noted are

    • The invoice should have the name of the purchaser along with the mobile number

    • The same name, mobile number and E Mail ID are to be used for registration and claim of the cash back.

    • In case of any difference in the name / mobile number / E Mail ID as mentioned on the invoice and registration, Rewardport reserves the right to disallow the claim.

    • Submission once rejected cannot be claimed again.

    • Once the document are verified, an authentication code will be sent to the customer (within 24 hours) via SMS and e-mail as submitted at the time of registration.

    • After successful registration, important information for claiming cashback

      • 1st Cash back amount will be credited to Customer Account

      • On same day Customer will receive authentication code for 2nd cashback, which need to be utilized after 30 days but before 60 days from receipt of authentication code

      • On receipt of 2nd cashback, customer will receive another authentication code which need to be utilized to claim 3rd cashback after 30 days but before 60 days from receipt of authentication code.

      • If Customer missed to claim any cashback within stipulated period, the same authentication code can't be used to claim subsequent cashback and missed claim are considered as lapse and will not be entertained.

    This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any disputes, the Courts at Pune, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

    • The cashback cannot be exchanged and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash/discount or equivalent.

    • The use of UPI Partners name in these terms and conditions is only to explain the terms and conditions hereof and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of UPI Partner in this offer. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between Rewardport and UPI Partner, except that both entities have a principal-to-principal relationship.

    • This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any dispute, the Courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction. All issues with regards to the Cash back will be handled by RewardPort and RewardPort will be solely responsible to settle the same subject to all the details submitted by the retailers are correct and there is no issue related to that UPI from the Bank of Payment Gateway. However, Rewardport shall not be responsible if any Dealer, Reseller or Bulk Purchaser tries to claim the cash back which they are not eligible for.

    • “FFIPL” reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue the Promotional Offer at its sole discretion without prior notice."

    • Each Voucher is strictly a one-time usage code.

    • By participating in the Promotional Offer, the retailer agrees to allow FFIPL / RewardPort to contact him for this Promotional offer. Further, the participant agrees that the data received during the Promotional Offer by RewardPort may be used or shared with FFIPL for any further analysis / promotion or marketing communications.     • The participating retailers may, at the request of FFIPL participates in all promotional activity (Such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to FFIPL for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating Retailers agree and consent to FFIPL to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, Out of Home Media point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
